Cancellation, Late, and Sick Policy

Your appointment is very important to me as it is to you, and I understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. Respectfully, I request all schedule changes and/or cancellations to be made with at least 48 hour notice.

Cancellation within 48 hours will result in a 50% non-refundable fee of your appointment costs. Cancellation less than 24 hours, No Call or No Show will result in a full 100% fee of your appointment costs.

Arriving beyond 5 minutes late may result in a scheduling conflict and could result in rescheduling your appointment entirely.

Sick Policy: My goal is to keep my family, clients, and their families healthy. Clients are asked to reschedule if they are sick. Failure to do so will result in being asked to leave and reschedule with a fee of their appointment cost. This includes ANY illness at all.

Lice and Nits Policy

If any Nits or Lice are found during the appointment, the client will be notified and asked to promptly leave the salon whether the service has been completed or not. Due to health and safety hazards, the client will be charged for the full appointment and a $50-$75+ Lice fee. The Lice fee is used to cover the cost of a Lice kit for remediation of the employee(s), cleaning products and any new supplies that are required to be replaced.
